Let me tell what I know. I know that the search for a great motivational speaker,youth inspirational speaker, or College Keynote speaker can be long and hard. Many times, organizations are forced to lower their standards or “Settle” for what they can find when seeking a youth speaker to empower, educate, and bring smiles to the faces of your students. Have you every wondered why if you Google Motivational speaker, youth success speaker, professional speaker, teen speaker,or College Inspirational speaker, you will get 4 months worth of results?
THE ANSWER IS THIS
It’s because just like everybody does real estate, everybody does some form of motivational, success, or college inspirational speeches. How are you supposed to ensure that you get exactly what you know that you need? What can you do to make sure that you are not settling? How do you ensure that the individual you trust to deliver a powerful message of success to your students will actually do that? This can be quite a challenging process.
· Will this person show up on time?
· Will this person take a specialized interest the needs of my organization?
· Will this person actually deliver what he/she says he will?
· Will this person make a true “connection” with my students?
· Will this person really be a good fit for our organization?
Those are just a few of the questions that you should ask yourself when searching for a youth motivational speaker, a college success speaker, or a high school inspirational speaker.
So this is where the rubber meets the road:
How can you really be sure that your professional success speaker, college speaker, or youth motivational speaker will deliver what he/she says they will? How can you ensure that your investment will yield you substantial returns?
The reality is that World Class, or Black Belt Level success speakers, motivational speakers, college leadership speakers, or high school inspirational speakers are definitely NOT easy to come by. It is the worst fear of a professional event planner, to have an event that is an absolute disaster!
How challenging is it to find youth motivational speakers that can deliver to at risk youth in alternative schools? Again, Black belt level youth success speakers are definitely hard to come by.
So what should you really be looking for?
“YOUR GUT FEELING”
You know sometimes we listen to it, and sometimes we don’t. This is first and foremost. A True youth motivational speaker, college success speaker, or high school inspirational speaker does not need to give you the “hard sell!” World class speakers do not need to “convince” you or “twist your arm” for you to want them to be there. You will want them because of who they are. There are a number of indicators for you to tell who you are dealing with.

This website should include an audio message welcoming you to the home page, and introducing them to you. There should be a video for you to watch containing another introduction/welcome, along with video of them engaging their audience. Last but not least, any real top notch youth inspirational speaker, college motivational speaker, or community program speaker will have testimonies. Testimonies from individuals that have seen and heard them speak. If these are missing, there is that first sign to your gut!
PROMPTNESS
Any world class youth event speaker, college motivational speaker, or high school inspirational speaker will be prompt. Do they follow back with you when they say they will? Do they call you on time? If something does come up, did they communicate with you to let you know? If you send an inquiry though their website, do they get back with you within 24-48 hours, or do you hear back 1-2 weeks later? Are they high maintenance or low maintence?
